We live for good vibes, bold graphics and happy customers here at NTA, aiming for perfection with every order. Every order is packed with care, but despite our best efforts, we understand that unexpected errors may occur.

Returns and Refunds

As a small, yet growing, business we can only accept returns and offer full refunds under the following conditions:

• The product arrives damaged or defective, or
• The wrong product, size, or color was sent due to our error

If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details and photos of the issue. The item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery in the same condition as you received it (unused and unwashed).

Exchanges

Fashion is all about options—if your new NTA piece isn’t quite the right match, you can exchange it for another option that suits you better. Maybe a different color, size, style or a different graphic all together, we got you covered!

• Exchanges are accepted at the customer's expense.
• All shipping costs associated with sending the original item back to us and shipping the new exchanged item out to you will be the customer's responsibility (at the customer's expense). However, we will try and work with you as best we can to find the most affordable options for your shipments.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us through the "Contact Us" portal or at NowTrendingApparel@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please be sure to include "Return" or "Exchange" in the subject line when possible.
